RIAT is an EU-owned tool within the Return and Reintegration Facility (RRF). The Digital Service Design Officer role supports RIAT Development by translating user needs, workflows, and technical considerations into clear development requirements and recommendations.

Under the RIAT Senior Project Manager, the post facilitates discovery activities, supports intake and delivery preparation, and coordinates exchanges with EC, EU Member States, Frontex and end users within the RIAT governance

Qualifications

• Supports RIAT Development (RIAT DEV) by translating user needs, operational workflows and technical considerations into clear development requirements and recommendations.
• Facilitates discovery activities, supports intake, prioritisation and delivery preparation processes, and coordinates exchanges with EC, EU Member States, Frontex and end users within the RIAT governance framework.
