NATO - North Atlantic Treaty Organisation is seeking an Engineer (Requirements Analyst) to drive requirements engineering and IT service management across deployable CIS services. The role focuses on ELICIT, specify, validate and manage IT requirements with strong stakeholder collaboration in a demanding NATO environment.

Qualifications

• Experience modelling business processes for IT service providers.
• 5+ years managing ITSM processes.
• 3+ years eliciting, developing and analysing requirements, and maintaining requirements documentation.
• 3+ years in Service Oriented Architecture design and implementation.
• 2+ years with Requirements Management Tools.
• 3+ years with a widely recognized ITSM toolset.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong written, verbal communication, attention to detail and multi-tasking.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyse, specify, model, validate, record and manage requirements for information systems of interest.
• Responsibilities include ITSM process ownership for Service Operation at Peace Time Location and during missions/exercises.
• Monitor execution and measure ITSM performance to drive continual improvement.
• Lead NRF or similar frameworks as Federated Incident Manager for stand‑by and stand‑up instances.
• Draft and maintain Joining, Membership and Exiting Instructions for NRF.
• Act as NCISG SME for ITSM Toolset.
• Provide ITSM SME support for Capability Development programs.
