PwC Belgium is seeking a Reward Expert to help organisations offer the best possible reward experience to employees. You will co-create, implement and deploy reward strategies, including compensation, benefits and recognition.
Based in Brussels/Antwerp or Ghent, you’ll coordinate reviews, deliver projects and help clients optimize reward programs. You have 2+ years in Reward, ideally in consultancy or Big4, with English fluency and Dutch or French skills.

This role focuses on Reward projects related to compensation, mobility and benefits. Work with our multidisciplinary team in Brussels/Antwerp or Ghent.
