Suntory Beverage & Food is seeking a Visibility & Activation Officer Retail Benelux to coordinate end-to-end retail visibility and activation tools across the Benelux market. You will translate brand and Perfect Store standards into high-quality POS solutions, from brief through production to deployment, while managing budgets and timelines.

Formación

• Experience in retail activation, trade marketing operations or POS production.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills.
• Experience with budgets, purchase orders, forecasts and invoice follow-up.
• Understanding POS materials, display production, logistics or inventory management.
• Confident managing suppliers, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to switch between different topics and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both Dutch and French; English would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate retail visibility requirements and activation timelines across the Benelux market.
• Translate customer, shopper and Perfect Store recommendations into relevant visibility solutions.
• Manage permanent and temporary POS projects from brief through to deployment.
• Coordinate agencies and suppliers on quotations, prototypes, production quality, lead times and delivery.
• Partner with Sales, Field Sales, Customer Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and Finance.
• Manage budgets, purchase orders, forecasts and invoice follow-up.
• Monitor POS inventory, availability, reuse, obsolete stock and write-offs.
• Track execution, consolidate field feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Promote sustainable material choices, reusability and waste reduction across visibility solutions.
