Qualifikationen

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Retail Activation.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier management.
• A firm ROI mindset focused on measurable business impact, not just visibility.
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French & English.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and basic analytics/BI literacy.

Aufgaben

• Define activation plans and annual calendars aligned with commercial objectives.
• Translate brand plans into retail programs: visibility, launches, seasonal pushes, in-store storytelling.
• Own Perfect Store/RISE standards, rollout and tracking with field deployment.
• Define POSM strategy, briefs, production, and supplier management; ensure brand-consistent in-store messages.
• Define activation KPIs and measure ROI with BI/NRM for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to align messages and field execution, incl. e-retail if in scope.
