Crocs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to deliver world-class service and oversee opening and closing procedures. You will educate team members on products and promotions and drive daily sales toward company goals.

In this role you will lead the store team, manage relationships with customers and the community, and ensure effective retail operations and stock management while maintaining Crocs brand standards.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of total retail experience; preference for candidates with previous store leadership roles.
• Proven leadership skills; ability to empower and achieve team results.
• Proven communication skills in local language and English (written and verbal).
• Flexible in work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Genuine excitement for retail and sales; passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.
