Job summary

CHEP is seeking a Business Analyst Retail in Belgium. You will maintain KPI dashboards, translate retailer data into actionable reports, and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize processes and drive improvements.

You will work closely with field colleagues to identify trends and opportunities that strengthen account performance. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, asset protection, and sustaining retailer relationships, with a focus on reporting automation

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch & English.
• First professional experience in a similar data/reporting role.
• Analytical, critical and curious.
• Proactive, independent and accurate.
• Strong communicator and a true team player.
• Affinity with data, reporting, deeper analyses, automation - using Analysis for Office, VBA, Power Query.
• Driven by continuous improvement.
• Result-oriented and able to explain complex matters clearly to all levels within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear overview of control KPIs, identify trends, risks and opportunities with field colleagues.
• Translate data into clear reporting to support Retail decision‑making.
• Contribute to optimizing processes, data flows and working methods.
• Investigate initiatives that improve asset protection, productivity and retailer relationships.
• Analyse retailer operational data to produce insights for account performance and accuracy.
• Monitor account health and implement corrective actions with retailer account managers.
• Lead reconciliation and audit activities across retailer portfolios with data integrity and compliance.
• Prepare KPI and performance reports translating data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, IT to ensure seamless service delivery.
