Odoo is seeking a Business Analyst who will lead end-to-end implementation of Odoo solutions across diverse domains including eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Project Management, and Website.

You will analyze requirements, design tailored solutions, configure workflows, and deliver training. The role includes a strong emphasis on retail analytics and collaboration with partners within a Center of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Experience in a retail structure with market basket analysis and related analytics is essential.
• Curious and open-minded; able to learn quickly and multitask.

Responsabilités

• Project Management (60%): Gain trust of customers; analyze needs and propose solutions; create Work Breakdown Structures; model business functions; implement solutions; train customers; track status; organize implementations.
• Internal Improvement (40%): Coach and train team members; collaborate with Product Owners; participate in sales and marketing activities; develop new business services.
