Odoo is seeking a Business Analyst who will lead end-to-end implementation of Odoo solutions across diverse domains including eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Project Management, and Website.

You will analyze requirements, design tailored solutions, configure workflows, and deliver training. The role includes a strong emphasis on retail analytics and collaboration with partners within a Center of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Experience in a retail structure with market basket analysis and related analytics is essential.
• Curious and open-minded; able to learn quickly and multitask.

As a Business Analyst, you will take the lead in implementing Odoo solutions across a wide variety of business domains. Working closely with clients, you’ll guide them through the end-to-end setup of the applications best suited to their needs—be it eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Project Management, Website, or others. Your role will involve analyzing business requirements, designing tailored solutions, configuring workflows, and delivering personalized training. You’ll be expected to manage implementations from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget. In short, you’ll be responsible for providing clients with the optimal management solution using the full breadth of Odoo’s capabilities.

As a Retail Expert, you will also contribute to the expansion and success of our partner network. You’ll provide guidance and coaching to partners worldwide within your area of expertise, helping them deliver successful projects and develop into Odoo specialists themselves.

You’ll deepen your expertise by mastering a focused suite of applications, paired with strong business acumen. Ongoing functional and technical training will support your growth, as well as field exposure to better understand real-world business challenges.

Wearing both hats, you’ll become part of our Center of Excellence, dedicated to strengthening our service offerings, growing community knowledge, and raising the visibility of the Odoo Retail suite.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a go‑to expert for Business Analysts by offering coaching, support, and training
• Collaborating with Product Owners to channel feedback from customers and partners
• Supporting Sales and Marketing teams to enhance your apps' market presence
• Playing a key role in Odoo Experience, our flagship annual event
• Developing new service offerings that complement existing solutions

From your very first weeks, you'll jump into your first projects with the guidance of experienced colleagues during a 6-month onboarding period in our QuickStart team. Your autonomy will grow over time, but collaboration will always be key—because we believe the best solutions come from working together.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management (60%)

• Gain trust of your customers
• Analyze the customer needs and suggest solutions
• Work Breakdown Structure to split a project into phases
• Business Functional Modeling
• Implement the agreed solutions (configuration and development)
• Make your customer/partner an Odoo Champion (training)
• Follow the project and communicate about its status and the ongoing tasks
• Organize and follow-up Odoo implementations

Internal Improvement (40%)

• Support coach & train other team members
• Collaborate with the Product Owners
• Participate in sales and marketing activities
• Develop new business services

MUST HAVE

• Fluency in English and French
• Worked for a retail structure and focus on market basket analysis, RFM analysis, BCG quadrant matrix, gmroi analysis, RGM analysis, assortment recommendations, pricing strategy, promotions, predictive analytics
• Curious and open minded
• Learn fast & multitasking
• Valid work permit for Belgium
• Affinity with the IT world

NICE TO HAVE

• Other European Languages: Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese
• Experienced in management software implementation or digital transformation
• Experience with a management tool
• Experience as a consultant / BA or PM
