Job summary

CHEP is seeking a Key Account Analyst to manage a portfolio of customers in Mechelen, Belgium, collaborating with the Key Account Manager to improve the customer experience and pallet management. You will use data analysis to identify risks, opportunities and deviations, and coordinate administrative actions to ensure timely processing.

Fluent Dutch and English are required, with French a plus. You will work in a hybrid remote setup, engaging with Sales, Finance and Operations to deliver

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1+) and English (B2+); French is a plus.
• Strong analytical mind with good time management and prioritization.
• Team player who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Excel; knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Professionally manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests within SLAs.
• Facilitate onboarding, set up customer accounts, and provide system training as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer data and service requests in systems for performance tracking.
• Identify improvement opportunities from account reviews and provide actionable insights.
• Support customer retention by addressing issues and monitoring satisfaction metrics.
