Wlgroup in Belgium seeks a data analyst to join a small analytics team and work on a performance dashboard used by real users. You’ll collaborate with a service level manager on-site with customer staff to evolve features, interface and data pipelines.

You will design metrics, build dashboards with Power BI, and implement data collection interfaces with robust ETL pipelines, ensuring scalability and maintainability, while documenting use cases and data models.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognised university with at least four years of related analytics/UX experience.
• Deep knowledge of Python and SQL against relational databases.
• Strong data-visualisation experience with Power BI, APIs and ETL tooling.

Responsabilités

• Analyse service performance and translate into actionable metrics.
• Design and implement dashboard features from feedback to release.
• Improve dashboard usability, visuals, accessibility and UX.
• Design data collection interfaces, formats and controls, with formal review.
• Build, test and deploy interfaces for multiple service providers.
• Automate pipelines with Python and modern ETL tooling for scaling.
• Operate, maintain and document against availability targets and user questions.
