Job summary

Milwaukee PPE, the protective equipment division of Milwaukee Tool within TT I, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to cover Belgium and Luxembourg. You will drive field sales with distributors and professional users, delivering tailored safety solutions and building durable partnerships.

You will manage growth plans, run product trainings, webinars, and demonstrations, and record opportunities in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience.
• Experience with EPI, safety, or distribution is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented.
• CRM proficiency and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel distributors and professional users on Milwaukee PPE solutions.
• Develop relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect new distributors of EPI.
• Create growth plans with distributors.
• Organize product trainings, demonstrations, and sales presentations.
• Identify market trends and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with safety experts and sales team.
• Record and track opportunities in the CRM.
• Represent Milwaukee at trade fairs and distributor meetings.
