Regional PPE & Workwear Sales Leader - Northern Belgium

Zusammenfassung

Portwest, a leading global manufacturer of safety wear, workwear and PPE, is seeking an Area Sales Manager for North East Belgium. You will build distributor relationships and drive growth across Luik, Hasselt and Turnhout.

The role requires 3–5 years in PPE or workwear sales, native French and Dutch with English proficiency, and willingness to travel regionally. You will report to the Europe North Sales Director and represent Portwest with distributors and end users.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years' experience selling PPE, workwear or safety wear.
• Must be native French and Dutch speaker and have English proficiency.
• Experience selling on behalf of a manufacturer, distributor, reseller or agent.
• Sales experience in related industries (Automotive, Tools, Chemicals, MROs, etc.).
• Willingness to travel throughout the designated region.

Aufgaben

• Build quality business relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Conduct daily face-to-face sales meetings to maintain and develop relationships with distributors, resellers, and agents.
• Identify customers with high growth potential and create a development roadmap.
• Identify new business opportunities and complete sales planning.
• Utilise strategies to win new business on a continuous basis.
• Engage in consultative selling by identifying customers’ needs and providing Portwest solutions.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Focus on selling new Portwest products by bringing samples to meetings.
• Ensure effective post-meeting follow-up to close sales.
• Develop market intelligence through trade shows, seminars, and journals and feed back to the business.
• Promote distributor promotions on our products with end users.
