Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking a Reporting Specialist Cluster North to ensure reliable, timely, user-friendly reporting across the Cluster North organization. You will drive automation and optimization of management and external reporting, working with Finance, IT and business stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in financial reporting, advanced Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot/DAX), and experience with Power BI, VBA, and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics or Data Analytics.
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, BI or reporting automation.
• Proven ability to maintain and develop key reporting solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, Power Pivot and DAX; VBA and Power Automate experience.
• Knowledge of Power BI; understanding of data quality, reconciliations, testing and change management.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus and German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the recurring reporting calendar, ensuring timely delivery of reports.
• Maintain and improve internal management reporting and external reporting processes.
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot reporting issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions using Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Automate reporting and finance-related processes to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
• Act as a primary contact for report users, providing support and training.
