Job summary

Yusen Logistics Antwerp site seeks a proactive Site Controller to turn financial data into insights. You will support monthly closings, profitability analysis, budgeting and business partnering across Cluster North operations.

Collaborate with site teams and Management to drive profitability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Strong Excel, ERP (MS Dynamics) and communication skills are essential; 2–5 years' experience in controlling is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Controlling or financial analysis.
• Experience in logistics/supply chain is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel and reporting tools proficiency.
• ERP knowledge, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• English proficiency to explain financial topics to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the monthly closing process for assigned sites.
• Analyze customer and job profitability and identify improvements.
• Validate financial data including gross profit, KPI performance.
• Perform variance analyses against budget, forecast and prior periods.
• Prepare management reports and performance reviews.
• Develop accurate budgets and forecasts with operations management.
• Monitor operational KPIs and translate data into insights.
• Partner with Site Managers and Operations to improve financials.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Contribute to process improvements within Planning & Control.
