Yusen Logistics is seeking a Reporting Specialist Cluster North to oversee the reliable, timely, and user-friendly operation of the group’s reporting landscape. You will ensure management and external reporting runs smoothly while driving automation and optimization initiatives across Finance and IT.

You will develop and maintain reporting solutions with Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, Power Automate and Power BI, monitor data quality, train users, and collaborate with stakeholders to

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, Data Analytics or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, BI or reporting automation.
• Strong experience maintaining and developing business-critical reporting solutions.

Mansioni

• Managing and coordinating the recurring reporting calendar, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports.
• Maintaining and improving internal management reporting and external reporting processes.
• Monitoring data quality, investigating reporting issues and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Developing and enhancing reporting solutions using Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Automating reporting and finance-related processes to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
• Acting as a key contact for report users, providing support, training and guidance.
• Collaborating with Finance, IT and business stakeholders on reporting improvements and system developments.
