Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Belgium to own software project delivery from planning to release. This fully remote role collaborates with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and aligned with goals.

You will build and maintain delivery plans, track progress, resolve blockers, clarify requirements, and manage scope and changes. The role suits an experienced PM who thrives in technical teams and fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional project management experience.
• Experience managing software development projects from planning to release.
• Experience creating and maintaining detailed delivery plans and tracking progress.
• Collaborating with developers, QA, and business stakeholders on requirements and priorities.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Nice to have background as software developer or data engineer.
• Experience with data, analytics, or AI projects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own software projects end to end from planning through release.
• Build and maintain delivery plans with clearly defined tasks, owners, milestones, and deadlines.
• Track progress regularly, identify delays or risks early, and drive recovery actions.
• Work directly with developers and QA to resolve blockers, maintain momentum, and ensure delivery remains on track.
• Clarify requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into clear, actionable development tasks.
• Manage project scope and change requests, assessing and communicating their potential impact on timelines and delivery.
• Plan and coordinate software releases, including readiness checks and alignment with QA.
• Provide clear and timely updates on project status, risks, decisions, dependencies, and delivery progress to stakeholders and management.
• Maintain strong coordination across technical and business teams to ensure priorities and expectations remain aligned.
