Qualifications

• Strong contract terms interpretation and customer expectations management.
• Experience with project/program management disciplines including estimation, planning, and scope management.
• Knowledge of PM methods and MS Project/DevOps for precise tracking.
• Good Earned Value reporting and financial decision-making.
• People management and mentorship abilities.
• PMI PMP or PgM certification and a Bachelor's degree are advantageous.
• Experience with IT environments and international client engagements, including offshore resources.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of contracted solutions at project/program level, ensuring schedule and quality adherence.
• Manage project/program risks and secure senior management buy-in for key plans.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project work plans and traceability of requirements.
• Provide strategic direction for change management and client enablement processes.
• Engage stakeholders to align goals and exceed expectations through program governance.
• Mentor team members and oversee relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
