Paperbox BV is seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth in the Dutch and English markets. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a strong pipeline.

Remote work is feasible with regular travel within the focus market. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to expand our footprint in the Netherlands and beyond, representing Paperbox to insurers and brokers and helping

Qualifications

• Hunter mentality and track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Experience selling B2B SaaS/Enterprise software is a plus.
• Fluent Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and sales processes.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders and manage complex deals.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, business cases, negotiations, and closing.
• Execute go-to-market strategy focused on insurers and brokers.
• Build pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting in HubSpot.
• Target innovators and early adopters to create market momentum.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for seamless handoffs.
