Job summary

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP Trainer based in Belgium for an initial 2 year contract. The consultant will coordinate SAP S/4HANA training to ensure adoption and readiness within the shERPa program.

The role requires Dutch, French and English proficiency and close collaboration with Business Process Owners, Key Users, Change Management, PMO, IT Learning & Development and IT Infrastructure to deliver training initiatives and measurements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in training coordination, learning management or training delivery management within SAP environments.
• Minimum 1 completed assignment as Training Coordinator in a SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration or transformation program.
• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating training activities for SAP programs involving at least 500 end users.
• Demonstrated experience working with Business, IT and Change Management stakeholders in a SAP transformation environment.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint in a project or training coordination role.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent through professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with process owners, key users and stakeholders.
• Perform training gap analyses and define training priorities.
• Support SAP S/4HANA user adoption through training initiatives.
• Define and monitor training KPIs and readiness indicators.
• Align training planning with Change Management activities.
• Coordinate development of training material and reviews with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the integrated training plan aligned with milestones and Go-Live.
• Coordinate Train-the-Trainer sessions and end-user training sessions.
• Monitor attendance, completion rates and certifications.
• Organize assessments and feedback collection; report progress to PMO.
