WLG seeks an SAP Belgium Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant to join our client's team on a remote contract. The role handles payroll defects, off-cycle issues, tax discrepancies, and Tier 3 support, with a focus on Belgium payroll requirements.

You'll work with SAP HCM Payroll, payroll schemas, PCRs and wage types, ensuring accurate processing and year-end activities. Start date 27 July 2026, duration 4 months, ~20–25 stories and 25–30 fixes.

Qualifications

5–7 years techno-functional SAP HCM payroll experience.
At least two full-cycle SAP Payroll implementations.
Hands-on with payroll schemas and PCRs mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll rules and year-end activities.
Experience with SAP Time Management, PA/OM and FI/CO.
ABAP HR skills including PNP/PNPCE, macros, internal tables, PCL1/PCL2/PCL4.

Responsabilités

Provide SAP HCM Payroll support with Belgium payroll expertise.
Handle payroll defects, off-cycle issues, tax discrepancies, and Tier 3 support.
Work with payroll schemas and PCRs (mandatory).
Manage wage types, processing, cumulation, and evaluation classes.
Apply Belgian legal requirements and year-end activities.
Support integration with SAP Time Management, PA/OM, and FI/CO.
Utilize ABAP HR skills (PNP/PNPCE, macros, internal tables, PCL1, PCL2, PCL4).
Work with user exits, BAdIs, BTEs, ALE/IDocs, BAPIs, and APIs.
