V-IT NV is seeking an experienced FS-PM Design & Development Lead to oversee end-to-end design, implementation, development, and support of the SAP FS-PM module, with deep knowledge of insurance processes and ABAP development. The role requires strong configuration skills and integration with SAP FICO, FS-CD, and ECC/S4HANA, plus leadership of a development team.

You will design and customize FS-PM components, manage interfaces, and perform testing and Go-Live support.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of Policy Business Processes.
Expert configuration skills in SAP FS-PM.
Strong understanding of integration points with SAP FICO, FS-CD, and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
Excellent business analysis and requirements gathering.
Expert knowledge of FS-PM architecture.
Experience with the Product Engine and mapping complex tariffs.
Proficiency in FS-PM Customizing.
Strong proficiency in ABAP/ABAP OO.
Experience with FS-PM-specific development objects.
Ideally, knowledge of Web Dynpro or SAP Fiori/UI5 for user interface design.

Responsabilités

Analyze and capture complex business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into sustainable SAP FS-PM solutions.
Transform functional requirements into an FS-PM design.
Create detailed design and functional specifications for development objects (RICEF: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
Specify required components and define system settings and enhancements.
Perform system customizing across all core SAP FS-PM components, including product configuration, business processes setup, policy time model definition, and FS-PM tariff structure integration.
Manage interfaces to FS-CD, FS-ICM, and FS-RI.
Conduct module, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide Go-Live support.
Lead and guide an FS-PM development team.
Develop and modify ABAP/ABAP OO programs to implement custom requirements within FS-PM.
Utilize and extend FS-PM-specific BAdIs, User Exits, and enhancement spots.
Develop interfaces to connect external systems.
Perform technical error analysis and performance optimization of customizing and ABAP code.
Contribute to data migration strategies and their technical execution.
