Appsierra Group in Brussels is seeking an experienced SAP Insurance Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation initiatives within the insurance sector.

You will define scopes, budgets, and timelines, manage multiple workstreams, and engage with business owners and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Experience with SAP insurance transformations and ABAP is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years leading SAP projects.
• Experience managing budgets exceeding €1 million.
• Experience working with external system integrators.
• Experience in SAP insurance transformations.
• SAP ABAP experience required.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, and timelines
• Manage project plans and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Engage with business owners, facilitate workshops, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Maintain RAID logs, identify risks, and define mitigation plans
• Manage project budget, forecasts, and financial performance
• Ensure adherence to project methodologies and establish quality gates
• Coordinate change management, training, and adoption activities
