ITS Group S.A. is seeking a SAP Functional / Business Consultant to strengthen its SAP functional team covering Project Systems (PS), Materials Management (MM), and Plant Maintenance (PM) domains.

The consultant will bridge business and SAP teams, gather requirements, configure solutions, support testing and deployment, and ensure smooth integration with related SAP modules. The role requires strong functional expertise, hands-on SAP customization experience, and the ability to work in a

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP experience in PS, MM, and PM.
• Experience across the full functional lifecycle: requirements to deployment.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Experience with SAP governance and Solution Manager.
• Ability to train key users and provide post-implementation support.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, understand, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate and support workshops with business stakeholders.
• Perform gap analyses and propose appropriate solutions.
• Design and build Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Configure and customize SAP PS, MM, and PM modules.
• Prepare functional specifications for development teams.
• Ensure integration between MM, FI/CO, Asset Accounting, and mini-HR.
• Support testing, deployment, and operational activities throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide functional support and resolve incidents and issues.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and training to key users.
