• Lead end-to-end SAP Portal delivery across insurance, finance, analytics modules; liaison between stakeholders, architects, technical teams, and external system integrators.
• Establish project scope, governance, baselines, and cross-workstream dependencies; enforce change and quality standards.
• Facilitate decision workshops with department leads; resolve conflicts and secure sign-offs.
• Oversee SAP core delivery and integration: Insurance data (FS-PM/CM/CD, MDG), Platform/Analytics (S/4HANA, BTP, BW/Datasphere/SAC).
• Manage RAID logs and €1M+ budgets; supervise SIT/UAT/Performance/Cutover testing.
• Coordinate training, business readiness, and transition plans for go-live adoption.
