V-IT NV is seeking an experienced SAP Insurance Project Manager for a strategic portal project with integration across SAP insurance modules. The role interfaces with business stakeholders, implementation partners, architects, and delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery within budget and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years leading SAP projects.
• Experience managing budgets exceeding €1 million.
• Experience working with external system integrators.
• Experience in SAP insurance transformations.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Establish project governance and reporting structures.
• Manage project plans and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational change management procedures.
• Engage with business owners across all insurance departments.
• Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication plans.
• Resolve conflicts and drive timely decisions.
• Lead SAP delivery management and oversee SAP Portal integration with FS-PM/CM/CD and BW/DataSphere.
