ITProposal is seeking an experienced SAP Insurance Project Manager for a fully remote assignment starting September 2026. You will lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation initiatives across business stakeholders and SAP partners.

Requirements include 4+ years in Project Management, 2+ years leading SAP projects, and proven ability to manage €1M+ budgets with external system integrators. Strong insurance-SAP expertise and executive communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Project Management experience.
• 2+ years leading SAP projects.
• Experience managing €1M+ project budgets.
• Proven experience working with external system integrators.
• Strong experience with SAP Insurance transformations.
• Strong stakeholder, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience with executive-level communication and decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets and timelines.
• Establish project governance, reporting and delivery structures.
• Manage plans, dependencies and multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate business stakeholders across insurance functions.
• Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions.
• Manage SAP implementation partners and external system integrators.
• Oversee integration with SAP Insurance solutions and reporting platforms.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and vendor performance.
• Control project budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Establish quality gates and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, performance and cutover testing.
• Coordinate training, communication and business-readiness activities.
• Support change management, user adoption and benefits realisation.
