Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events, part of BCD Travel, is seeking a Sales Manager for BE-NL to drive growth in Belgium and the Netherlands. You will identify new business opportunities, build durable client relationships, and convert prospects into partnerships.

You will oversee the full new business process, secure meetings and deals, and ensure a smooth handover to Account Management. Occasional European travel is involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and business development in a B2B environment.
• Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline from lead to account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Represent BCD Meetings & Events in Belgium and the Netherlands to potential clients.
• Own the full new business cycle from opening doors to handing over to Account Management.
• Travel within Belgium and the Netherlands with occasional European trips.
• Own lead generation and develop a strong commercial pipeline.
• Maintain and manage a high-quality Salesforce CRM pipeline and follow up on all activities.
• Lead proposal development, tenders and RFP processes; contribute to client pitches and create compelling sales materials.
