Huzzle.com is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative to drive growth. You will own the front-end sales cycle, from cold outreach to booking qualified appointments, helping agencies win social media management and content creation engagements.

In this fully remote role, you will target businesses globally, build a strong pipeline, and contribute to revenue growth with performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or outreach role for social media management or content creation agencies.
• Ability to communicate the value of digital content and social strategy to business owners.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; comfortable with objections.
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with a track record of meeting daily KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to build a robust pipeline.
• Consistently schedule 2-3 qualified discovery calls per day with decision-makers.
• Qualify potential clients based on their budget and needs for social media management or content creation.
• Manage lead progression to achieve 1-2 closed deals per week; maintain CRM records.
