EBA CLEARING is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to manage the Project Management Office and to support the Corporate Technology Unit in governance, portfolio management, business management, and operational excellence.

You will work closely with project managers, technical teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with established standards, while preparing dashboards, KPIs and briefing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or another relevant discipline.
• Five+ years of experience in PMO or governance roles.
• Experience reporting on progress, risks, issues, dependencies and timelines.
• Experience in audit coordination, risk tracking or governance activities.
• Experience in regulated environments (financial services) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with governance practices and delivery tools; PMI, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma advantages.
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clear view of the CTU project portfolio, including priorities, progress, risks and resource needs.
• Help project teams apply governance, reporting and decision-making standards.
• Prepare dashboards, KPIs, reports and briefing materials for management.
• Follow up on actions, risks and remediation plans with clear ownership.
• Support planning, budgeting and resource discussions across CTU initiatives.
• Promote standardization and Lean continuous improvement across the company.
• Coordinate governance meetings and portfolio reviews with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and escalate when required to support project delivery.
• Guide and develop the PMO team with clear priorities and responsibilities.
• Ensure smooth running of IT help desk and Customer Support.
