Job summary

CellCarta, a global CRO, is seeking a Program Manager to drive client programs from initiation to completion. You will partner with clients and internal scientific, clinical and operations teams to deliver on time, within budget and in line with contractual commitments.

In this 100% remote role based in the EU, you will develop project plans, manage risks, and ensure financial health while maintaining exceptional client relations.

Qualifications

• MSc in life sciences required.
• 3–5 years in client-facing or project management roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage client projects and programs from initiation to closure.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and scope.
• Manage changes in scope, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources for flawless execution.
• Maintain client relationships as primary contact.
• Develop plans involving stakeholders and feasibility.
• Track progress and schedule reviews.
• Escalate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Report progress to senior leadership.
