Lever, Inc. partners with a company to hire a Patient Onboarding Agent in Belgium for remote support. You will guide patients through onboarding for at-home sleep testing and oral appliance treatment, handling scheduling, kit delivery/return, and coordination with multiple internal teams.

The role emphasizes empathy, privacy, and precise documentation while managing a large patient caseload. Independent contractor status with weekly payments is offered, with training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in customer support, patient support, call center ops, or related role.
• Experience handling sensitive conversations (cancellations, refunds, billing).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for high-volume caseloads.

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding journey from purchase to telehealth scheduling and kit delivery/return.
• Manage caseload of 100+ patients across onboarding stages.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, SMS, and email within SLAs.
• Coordinate with insurance, clinical, sales, and manufacturing teams.
• Guide completion/return of impression kits and coordinate next steps for re-dos.
• Handle billing concerns with empathy and escalate when needed.
• Route medical questions to clinical team; do not provide medical advice.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce accurately.
• Protect patient privacy per HIPAA and applicable procedures.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve SOPs.
• Deliver services professionally according to timelines and guidelines.
