Join a small, senior engineering team building a product in an AI-first development environment. You will own the quality strategy for a complex codebase where AI agents generate most of the code. The role blends hands-on test automation, engineering, AI-agent workflows, and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning testing processes for large, high-reliability products.
• Hands-on automation testing and CI/CD integration.
• Experience with AI-assisted development testing approaches.
• Fluent Russian language required.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end testing pipeline including pre-merge checks and production gates.
• Own quality strategy for AI-generated code and scalable test coverage.
• Build automated UI tests across browsers and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Apply AI agents in testing daily.
