Advancing People Multilingual is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to own end-to-end QA for the IDP platform, designing, automating and executing tests within CI pipelines. You will facilitate the Brussels team’s Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with developers, the product owner, and stakeholders to improve delivery and quality.

The role offers an attractive salary with bonus and company benefits, with a mix of in-office and remote work and a requirement to be based near Brussels for two days

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in testing fundamentals with clear, reproducible defect reporting.
• Hands-on test automation for web applications and API testing.
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and Scrum rituals.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development/testing approaches.
• Authorized to work in Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Own the test strategy for the IDP platform, including functional, regression, integration and non-functional testing across front ends and services.
• Design, write and maintain test cases and automated suites; run in CI to catch regressions before release.
• Validate document-processing accuracy across datasets and maintain test data; document defects and track fixes.
• Facilitate Brussels team Scrum ceremonies; maintain time-boxed planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to keep backlog refined with clear acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to a culture of quality and peer review of test code; assess release-readiness.
