OMP is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to collaborate with experts, trainers, and stakeholders to create effective learning experiences. You will lead the end-to-end design of e-learning materials and support recording training videos, formats, and authoring tools.

The role balances 70% instructional design work with 30% training administration and coordination, including onboarding follow-up, learning-path maintenance, and global onboarding alignment.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in educational sciences, pedagogy, or related field.
• 2?
• Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or related role.
• Demonstrates understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning.

Responsabilités

• Conduct needs analyses to identify learning objectives and audience characteristics.
• Gather information from experts and stakeholders to support training development.
• Create engaging training materials following instructional design principles and OMP guidelines.
• Lead from start to finish on multiple training creation or conversion tracks focusing on e-learning.
• Coordinate trainingsubscriptions and logistics including participant lists and room bookings.
• Maintain and update LMS (PeopleFluent) with accuracy and timely adjustments.
• Collaborate with teams on onboarding timelines and learning path alignment.
