OMP Belgium is seeking an Instructional Designer to lead creation of learning experiences, collaborating with subject-matter experts to design engaging, effective training. You will manage end-to-end development, support recording of training videos, advise on formats, and contribute e-learnings in the authoring tool.

The role is 70% design work and 30% administration, including onboarding follow-up, learning path maintenance, and alignment of onboarding plans; part of the Training Services team

Qualifications

• Needs analysis to identify learning objectives and audience.
• Gather insights from experts and stakeholders for training development.
• Create training materials following instructional design and LMS guidelines.
• Lead end-to-end training creation or conversion, focusing on e-learning.
• Coordinate training subscriptions and logistics for sessions and participants.
• Maintain training schedule and materials in the LMS (PeopleFluent).

Responsabilités

• Conduct needs analysis to identify learning objectives and audience.
• Gather information and insights from experts and stakeholders.
• Create engaging and efficient training materials per ID principles.
• Take lead from start to finish in multiple e-learning tracks.
• Coordinate training logistics: lists, teacher planning, room bookings.
• Maintain training schedule and LMS content with timely updates.
• Collaborate with teams on onboarding timelines and learning paths.
