Job summary

Space Applications Services NV/SA is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, scientific and administrative profiles, while supporting the HR team within the Administration Department. You will source, screen, interview and onboard candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional recruiting process across multiple disciplines.

Based in Sint-Stevens-Woluwe, you will report to the Human Resources Manager, participate in job fairs and recruitment events, and continuously

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, management, business administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience is required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results.
• Strong written and spoken English; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and publish job vacancies.
• Analyse and screen applications.
• Organise and conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
• Maintain candidate data, screening notes and recruitment reports.
• Support onboarding processes for interns and students.
• Identify and optimise recruitment channels and participate in events.
