Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to hire a Traffic (User Acquisition) Team Lead based in Belgium. This fully remote role drives multi-channel growth across PPC and affiliate channels, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on campaign analysis and optimization.

You will mentor PPC and Affiliate Managers, manage budgets, and ensure robust tracking and attribution while exploring new traffic sources for scalable, profitable growth with a globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• 1+ year hands-on PPC management.
• 1+ year hands-on affiliate management.
• 1+ year leading growth or traffic teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach PPC and Affiliate Managers to meet KPIs.
• Own acquisition strategy and budget across PPC and affiliates.
• Oversee campaign optimization, bidding, structure, targeting, and testing.
• Negotiate partnerships and expand traffic sources.
• Develop growth channels and forecast key metrics weekly.
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution and data integrity.
