Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher Platform, is seeking a strategic policy specialist to lead regulatory and sustainability policy efforts across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. You will translate complex policy changes into actionable business implications and guide cross-functional teams across Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Sustainability, Supply Chain and Commercial functions.

Qualifications

• Long-standing experience in life sciences government affairs, public policy, regulatory affairs, sustainability policy, chemicals policy, environmental policy, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or governance processes with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Sustainability, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions.
• Experience representing an organization through life sciences trade associations, industry coalitions, or regulatory engagement activities.
• Experience working across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific on policy, regulatory or government affairs issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and assessment of emerging sustainability, chemicals and product-related policy developments.
• Translate complex regulatory changes into clear business implications and strategic recommendations.
• Serve as the company's subject matter expert on priority policy issues for senior leaders.
• Establish and coordinate cross-functional teams to evaluate regulatory developments and ensure alignment.
• Develop and support advocacy strategies with trade associations and government affairs colleagues.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to strengthen Cytiva's visibility and influence.
