Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher Platform, is seeking a Government Affairs Director to identify and shape sustainability, chemicals and product-related policy developments across Cytiva's global footprint.

Reporting to the Global Head of Government Affairs and Policy, you will lead cross-functional teams, advise senior leaders, build external relationships, and provide horizon scanning to protect Cytiva's long-term interests.

Qualifications

• Experience in life sciences government affairs or regulatory policy.
• Cross-functional governance with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Sustainability and Supply Chain.
• Experience working with multinational regions in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and assessment of policy developments impacting Cytiva.
• Provide analysis and advice to senior leaders on risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Legal, Regulatory, Sustainability and Commercial.
• Develop advocacy strategies with trade associations and government bodies.
• Build relationships with external stakeholders to strengthen Cytiva's influence.
• Provide horizon scanning of regulatory and geopolitical developments.
