Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Development Manager for Gene Therapy to drive growth across advanced therapy workflows in Europe. The role covers Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France with a remote work arrangement.

You will partner with Field Application Specialists to test, demonstrate, and train on Cytiva technologies at customer sites, expanding adoption and generating leads while managing SFDC-driven CRM pipelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences or related field required.
• Experience in bioprocessing, cell therapy, vaccines, or advanced therapies.
• Experience with viral vectors, nucleic acids, or cell-based manufacturing.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., SFDC) for tracking opportunities and pipelines.
• Experience supporting design-in programs and customer adoption of complex bioproduction tech.

Responsabilités

• Own advanced therapy workflows and understand development and manufacturing processes.
• Drive order growth by expanding Cytiva technologies and introducing solutions into gene therapy programs.
• Collaborate with Field Application Specialists to test, demonstrate, and train on Cytiva technologies at customer sites.
• Support marketing and lead generation by partnering with Field Event Marketing to generate and convert MQLs.
• Governing CRM and funnel execution in SFDC per playbooks.
