Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Business Development Manager Gene Therapy to drive commercial growth and technical adoption across advanced therapy workflows, supporting customers developing and manufacturing viral vectors, nucleic acid therapies, and next-generation biologics. This role covers Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and France in a remote capacity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
Experience in bioprocessing or cell/gene therapy is required.
Experience with advanced therapy modalities is preferred.
CRM systems knowledge (SFDC) is essential.

Responsibilities

Own advanced therapy workflows across viral vectors, vaccines, pDNA, exosomes, and more.
Drive order growth within the territory by expanding Cytiva technologies and design-in initiatives.
Collaborate with Field Application Specialists (FAS) to test, demonstrate, and train on Cytiva technologies.
Support marketing and lead generation by coordinating with Field Event Marketing and regional events.
Manage CRM and opportunities in SFDC in line with MQL, Design-In, and funnel playbooks.
