Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher company, is seeking a Business Development Manager for Gene Therapy covering Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and France. This remote role focuses on driving commercial growth and technical adoption in advanced therapy workflows across viral vectors, nucleic acids and cell-based manufacturing.

You will partner with field specialists, support Design-In programs, and manage CRM/Funnel in SFDC, while traveling up to 40-50% in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences or related field.
• Strong experience in bioprocessing, cell and gene therapy, vaccines, or advanced therapies commercialization.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (SFDC) for opportunity tracking.
• Experience supporting Design-In programs and customer adoption of complex bioprocessing tech.

Responsibilities

• Own advanced therapy workflows including viral vectors and related modalities.
• Drive order growth by expanding Cytiva technologies in the region.
• Collaborate with Field Application Specialists to train and demonstrate technologies at customer sites.
• Support marketing and lead generation activities and events to drive MQLs.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline in SFDC per playbooks.
