The Flex is building the operating system for modern renting and is powered by Base360.ai. We are looking for a Full-Stack Product Engineer who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and execution to design, build, and automate features end-to-end.

You will own customer problems, ship rapidly, create internal tools, and integrate with external platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, Google, and OpenAI while enabling scalable international growth.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack development experience with ownership of features end-to-end.
• Experience building production-grade web applications and APIs.
• Strong understanding of APIs and databases and data modeling.
• Product mindset and user-centric thinking in delivery decisions.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Excellent written communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilités

• Build Products End-to-End: take ideas from concept to production and measure impact.
• Own Customer Problems: translate challenges into elegant software solutions.
• Move Fast: ship, get feedback, iterate, and improve based on usage.
• Create Automation: design systems to reduce manual work and scale.
• Build Internal Tools: dashboards, workflows, and admin tooling.
• Connect External Systems: integrate with platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI.
• Leverage AI: deploy AI-powered features to boost productivity and UX.
• Scale the Platform: ensure reliability, security, and international growth.
