The Flex is seeking a Full‑Stack Engineering Lead to scale our technology and engineering culture. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on building products, solving technical challenges, and guiding engineering standards while mentoring the team and shaping the platform’s future.

You’ll architect scalable systems, drive automation, and collaborate with product, operations, and leadership to translate business challenges into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have strong full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Must be able to design and scale production systems.
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infra and system architecture.
• Experience leading technical projects from concept to deployment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Balance speed with engineering quality.
• Ownership mentality and bias toward execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead product development for Base360.ai and The Flex platform.
• Architect scalable systems across product, engineering, AI, and ops.
• Drive engineering excellence: practices, quality, workflows, and docs.
• Mentor engineers and foster high‑performance culture.
• Build automation to scale operations across markets.
• Integrate platforms (Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, etc.).
• Leverage AI in workflows to boost productivity and decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
