The Flex is seeking a hands‑on Full‑Stack Engineering Lead to scale Base360.ai and shape the engineering culture. You will design, build, and guide high‑impact products while setting engineering standards and mentoring a growing team.

You’ll work across product, AI, and operations to create scalable systems, automate processes, and accelerate international growth. This role emphasizes ownership, rapid execution, and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have strong full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Experience designing and scaling production systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture.
• Experience leading technical projects from concept to deployment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to balance speed with engineering quality.
• Strong ownership mentality and bias toward execution.
