Oper is seeking an AI-Native Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and ship product and customer-facing software across the platform. You’ll work across the stack, from back-end services and APIs to front-end journeys and internal tooling, using Python and Angular.

Based in Antwerp, with a hybrid setup and CET hours, you’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Operations to deliver scalable mortgage tech and automation that adds real customer value.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with Python back ends and Angular front ends.
• Experience building maintainable APIs and integrations.
• Ability to translate business context into technical choices.
• Fluency in English; Dutch/French/German a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and ship full-stack features across Oper’s platform.
• Design and implement robust APIs and integrations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Own end-to-end quality from architecture to deployment.
• Work AI-native workflows and tooling.
