Payflip BV is seeking a Product Manager to own the Flex product, the first dedicated PM on the team. You will balance shipping strategic work with ongoing improvements for 50,000+ employees and HR teams, while aligning with the CPO and engineers.

You will drive migration to a full salary platform, manage a continuous improvement backlog, and identify gaps that reduce support workload, all in a fast-growing Belgian startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in product, consulting, founder associate, business analyst, or related roles.
• Fast learner who goes deep and uses first principles.
• Pragmatic simplifier of complex domains into simple UX.
• Clear writing of specs, trade-off analyses, and updates.
• Comfortable with legal and regulatory complexity.
• Motivated by depth, not novelty.
• Low ego, high standards; open to feedback.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French an advantage.

Responsabilités

• From Flex to Salary: lead migration scope and decisions with the team to build a coherent roadmap.
• Continuous improvements: own a backlog fed by data and feedback to enhance the product.
• Reduce the support burden: identify gaps and build capabilities that lower engineering/support load.
