EY-Parthenon in Belgium is seeking an intern for Transactions and Corporate Finance, exposing you to due diligence, valuation & modeling and M&A across diverse sectors. You will be staffed across sectors, contributing to pitches, information memoranda and financial analyses while gaining broad, hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates are Master’s students or holders with a background in Economics, Finance, Business Engineering or Commercial Sciences, fluent in Dutch and

Qualifications

• Master’s student or holder, preferably with Economics, Finance, Business Engineering or Commercial Sciences background.
• Experience internship in private equity or M&A boutique.
• Available for 6 months starting January 2027.
• Fluent in Dutch and excellent written and spoken English.
• Born team player, curious, and results-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-depth research on specific companies and sectors in Belgium and abroad.
• Prepare prospection and contribute to pitches.
• Contribute to information memoranda, teasers and other marketing materials.
• Work on company valuations.
• Perform financial analysis and business plan modeling.
• Assist in live sell- and buy-side M&A processes.
