Job summary

Tether is seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage intake, production, and QA of event-related creative requests from diverse teams. You will collaborate with designers to turn briefs into flawless deliverables—booths, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites—while spotting risks before they surface.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in event marketing or project management, strong attention to detail, and experience with end-to-end production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with strong events component.
• Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; dieline knowledge and RGB/CMYK basics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to manage several concurrent requests.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests across teams.
• Scope each request: deliverable type, format, quantity, deadline, venue constraints, brand requirements.
• Brief designers with clear specs; manage multiple workstreams and deadlines; track status and bottlenecks.
